This is a residential building with lobby and security. The meeting location is the 3rd Floor Party room. You can ask the security desk in the front how to get to it.
Parking: There is free parking downstairs on the first level of the building. You will see a drive-in and an intercom, use it to call security and to indicate that you are going to the party room to see Mr. Moya. They should let you in and you can then proceed to the 3rd Floor.
Subway: The Sherbourne Subway station is at 1/2 a block away from the building. It is located at the conner of Bloor and Sherboune. You can head west from the station and the building will be on the north side.
